DEPOSIT
A $25 non-refundable deposit secures your appointment and is deducted from your final service total. Final pricing is confirmed at the salon.
Your deposit is refunded only if we cancel your appointment or make an error. If you cannot attend, your deposit may be applied to a future appointment.

No refunds after service. Please raise any concerns before leaving your chair. Any additional concerns must be reported within 24 hours of installation.

ARRIVE READY
Hair must be at least 4 inches long, washed, blow-dried straight, and free of oils. Styles cannot be changed on appointment day. For a touch-up, book a touch-up service.
